Gibraltar could have two friendlies lined up against fellow UEFA member Estonia in 2014, according to Estonian newspaper Postimees.
The games, which would be held on March 5th at the Victoria Stadium, and May 26th at the A. Le Coq arena in Tallinn, which holds 9,692 people, and is also home to FC Flora Tallinn.
According to Postimees, members of both the GFA, and the Estonian FA (EJL) met on June 5th to arrange the two friendlies.
These matches would allow Estonia to reclaim their record of being the only European team to have faced every other member of UEFA; a record they held from June 2012, when they faced France in a friendly, to May 2013 when Gibraltar were accepted into the European football family.
Gibraltar’s competitive debut will still be the 2016 UEFA European Championship qualifiers, set to start in Autumn 2014.
